Ana Claudia Carletto is a journalist graduated from Faculdade Cásper Líbero and post graduated in Political Marketing from Escola de Comunicações e Artes da Universidade de São Paulo. She is currently a master's student at the postgraduate program in Smart and Sustainable Cities (PPG-CIS) at UNINOVE.
She began exercising her political activity in the recently created Municipal Department of the Person with Disability and Reduced Mobility of the City Hall of São Paulo from 2005 to 2007, when, from then on, she became part of the advisory services of the former deputy and, now a senator, Mara Gabrilli - working later, until 2012, as her chief of staff in the Federal Chamber.
In the following years, she was Director of Communication of the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo, when she reformulated the activities of TV Alesp, reviewing the programming grid for a focus on providing services to citizens.
Between 2017 and 2018 she was chief of staff at the São Paulo City Hall and from 2018 to 2019 she held the position of Deputy Executive Secretary for Women's Policies at the Municipal Secretariat of Human Rights and Citizenship, implementing and managing public policies for women. Since December 2019, she has been the municipal secretary of Human Rights and Citizenship.
